The 4045TF150 John Deere engines are offered as a replacement engine with short lead times. Customer must provide us with the engine serial number and model number, located on the data plate on right side of engine block.  The serial number will be PE4045Txxxxxx or TO4045Txxxxxx.

Engine will have the proper fuel injection pump, water pump, oil pan, flywheel housing, thermostat housing and cover, intake and exhaust manifold, turbocharger, and crankshaft pulley components for the machine.  All components are new.

The price includes the deration of fuel injection pump, if applicable.  Some replacement engines require high idle adjustment to duplicate the operating speed range of the original engine. High idle adjustment must be performed after the engine is installed and running and in compliance with current emissions regulations.  This is the responsibility of the servicing dealer.

Customer will reuse flywheel, starter and alternator.  Belts and pump drive parts are not included with these engines.

Any components or additional work over that which is described above will be quoted separately below.

THIS ENGINE HAS A $1,800 CORE CHARGE, WHICH MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF ORDER.  A LIKE-FOR-LIKE ENGINE CORE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30-DAYS OF RECEIVING THE REPLACEMENT ENGINE.  THE 4045T ENGINE CORE MUST HAVE NO MISSING COMPONENTS AND TURN OVER 360 DEGREES.  IF THERE ARE MISSING COMPONENTS OR THE CORE DOESN’T TURN OVER 360 DEGREES, THE CUSTOMER MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES TO REFLECT THE COSTS OF THE MISSING AND/OR NON-REPAIRABLE COMPONENTS.
