This listing is to completely remanufacture and dynamometer test a customer provided Komatsu 6D125E-2 diesel engine. All engines are professionally remanufactured (not repaired) to OEM factory specifications, using genuine authorized parts. These engines include overhaul kits; which include piston & liner kits, main bearings, rod bearings, seals, gaskets. Furthermore, cam bearings, freeze plugs, filters, hoses, and thermostat, are replaced. The high pressure fuel pump and injectors are remanufactured and tested to meet new factory specifications. The turbocharger, EGR cooler, water pump, oil pump, and rocker arms are remanufactured or replaced with new. All major castings are cleaned and NDT inspected (magnafluxed) for cracks / indications. The cylinder head guides, valves, and valve seats are machined to new OEM specifications, or replaced with new. Each engine is dynamometer tested for a minimum of four (4) hours to perform break-in as well as verify performance and quality control. Visit our remanufacturing process for more information.
