4045TF270 John Deere Engine – Remanufactured

Description

This listing is for a completely remanufactured and dynamometer tested John Deere diesel engine. All engines are professionally remanufactured (not repaired) to OEM factory specifications, using genuine authorized parts. These engines include overhaul kits; which include piston & liner kits, main bearings, rod bearings, seals, gaskets. Furthermore, cam bearings, freeze plugs, filters, hoses, and thermostat, are replaced. The injection pump and injectors are remanufactured and tested to meet new factory specifications. The turbocharger, water pump, oil pump, and rocker arms are remanufactured or replaced with new. All major castings are cleaned and NDT inspected (magnafluxed) for cracks / indications. The cylinder head guides, valves, and valve seats are machined to new OEM specifications, or replaced with new. Each engine is dynamometer tested for a minimum of four (4) hours to perform break-in as well as verify performance and quality control. Visit our remanufacturing process for more information.

Engine configuration is based upon the model number identified in the listing. Other configurations for other applications can be provided upon customer request. There are many configurations of these engines, so please contact us to verify proper fit for your intended application.

There is a refundable core charge of $3,750 payable at time of order and not included in the listing price. This core charge will be refunded upon receipt of the acceptable engine core. Engine core must be drained of all fluids, be assembled complete, turn over 360 degrees, and have no missing parts or catastrophic damage to the major components, and returned on the original base within 30-days. The buyer is responsible for all freight costs associated with shipping the engine core and the remanufactured engine. Warranty is a domestic 1-year, 1,000 hour parts warranty.
