Parts Purchase Return Policy
Eligible part returns can be made for up to 30 days from the shipment or pickup availability date.
- All returned items must be new, uninstalled and in original packaging.
- We are unable to offer returns on electrical, electronic components, or special order items.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping charges unless our team has shipped incorrect items or if an item was incorrectly represented. Validation is required.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns can either be made to our location, or shipped back at your expense. Please fill out the below RMA Form to start the process.
- Eligible returned Hatz parts are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
- Eligible returned Cummins parts are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
- Eligible returned John Deere parts are subject to a standard 15%-25% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
- All other product line returns will be processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s return policy.
