Hatz Parts Return Policy
If you receive or order the incorrect Hatz part, please contact our sales team before returning the item so we can assist with a resolution. Returned Hatz parts are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. All returned Hatz parts must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In accordance with Hatz policy, any Hatz electronic parts or electronic components that have been installed on an engine are not eligible for return.
