The 6068T John Deere short blocks are offered in a typical short block configuration, or configured to your desired specification. Melton remanufactures these John Deere short blocks to OEM factory specifications. These short blocks include overhaul kits; which include piston & liner kits, main bearings, rod bearings, seals, gaskets. Furthermore; the cam bearings and freeze plugs are replaced. All major castings are cleaned and NDT inspected (magnafluxed) for cracks / indications.
THIS SHORT BLOCK IS USUALLY AVAILABLE AS AN EXCHANGE ITEM. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER TO ASSURE PROPER CONFIGURATION OF THE REPLACEMENT SHORT BLOCK. THE 6068T SHORT BLOCK CORE MUST HAVE NO MISSING OR NON-REPAIRABLE MAJOR COMPONENTS. IF THERE ARE MISSING OR NON-REPAIRABLE COMPONENTS, THE CORE CHARGE MAY BE PRORATED ACCORDINGLY TO REFLECT THE COSTS OF THE MISSING AND/OR NON-REPAIRABLE COMPONENTS.
