The ISC Model Cummins engines are offered in a complete drop-in configuration. Melton remanufactures these Cummins industrial engines to OEM factory specifications. These engines include complete overhaul kits; which include piston & liner kits, main bearings, rod bearings, cam bearings, pin bushings, seals, gaskets, etc. Furthermore; all rubber hoses, o-rings, bearings, bushings, seals, gaskets, freeze plugs, filters, thermostats, and belts are replaced. The starter, alternator, turbocharger, injection pump and injectors are remanufactured, or replaced, and tested to meet factory specifications. The water pump, oil pump, oil coolers, manifolds, and rocker arms are remanufactured or replaced with new. All major castings are cleaned and NDT inspected (magnafluxed) for cracks / indications. The cylinder head guides, valves, and valve seats are machined and vacuum tested to new OEM specifications, or replaced. Each engine is dynamometer tested for a minimum of four (4) hours to perform break-in as well as verify performance and quality control. Paint color can be white, tan, red, or black; as per customer request if specified at time of order.

THIS ENGINE REQUIRES A CUSTOMER PROVIDED CORE TO REMANUFACTURE. THE ISC CUMMINS ENGINE CORE MUST HAVE NO MISSING OR NON-REPAIRABLE MAJOR COMPONENTS. IF THERE ARE MISSING OR NON-REPAIRABLE COMPONENTS, THE CUSTOMER MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES TO REFLECT THE COSTS OF THE MISSING AND/OR NON-REPAIRABLE COMPONENTS.
